“Since the age of 7 when I first watched ‘JAWS’, I have been passionate about the affect sound can have on visual story telling. The escapism of films and video games has always captured my imagination and growing up I was always drawn towards Action, Adventure, Horror and Fantasy.  As a designer I am interested in how sound can evoke an emotional response and it is that singular concept that drives me to produce atmospheric and challenging sound designs. I always approach my work with narrative in mind. I believe that the role of sound is to resolve what we see on-screen and to create what we don’t see. I have always believed that good audio design should be at the forefront of story telling whether it is film, TV, or video games.”
